What can a team achieve in Mana?
If you are leading a team of educators or working closely with other educators, Mana's potential can be unlocked when you are all part of a team in Mana. By being part of the same team you will be able to:
Collaborate on goal setting, understanding, and planning for a child’s learning
Work on Journals together prior to sharing with families
Build the curriculum for your Room or Service
Build your practice individually and as a group with Coach Sue
How can I invite educators to my Teams Account?
Navigate to your team settings
Click on your Profile icon at the top left hand side of your screen: a pop up box will appear
Select "Settings": you will see two tabs appear: "Personal" and "Team"
Select the "Team" tab
Select "Team Members"
Option 1: Invite team members using the "Invite" button
Once you are in the "Team Members" page, click the "Invite" button
You'll be able to add the email address of the educator you want to invite, select which role you want them to have (Member or Manager) and click "Invite"
The individual will receive an email from Mana inviting them to join your team
Option 2: Invite team members by using a secret link
Another way to invite new team members to join your team is to enable and turn on a secret link to invite new members. To do this:
Make sure the option for the secret link is toggled on in the top right hand corner of your screen
Once this has been generated click "Copy link" and send the link to your educators.
Anyone with this link can be added to your team. For safety and privacy reasons, we recommend changing this link once your educators have joined your team.
