Managers and owners can view which key educators are allocated to each child from Manage Child Allocations. You can review existing allocations without changing your centre’s allocation settings.
View the current allocations
Switch to the centre account you want to review.
Open your profile menu and select Settings.
Under Team Management, select Allocations & Access.
Select Manage Child Allocations to open Key Educators.
Use the search field to find a child or educator. Read the child’s Key Educators column.
In the child list, Assigned shows active children with a listed key educator and Unassigned shows active children without one. Select All to remove that filter.
