Find and recover an inactivated child profile if needed
You can find child by status active/inactive/deleted:
Select Journeys tab.
Select "View All".
Select the Status drop-down menu to filter through:
✅ Active – visible and editable
🟡 Inactive – hidden but restorable
🔴 Deleted – permanently removed and cannot be restored
To reactivate a child profile:
Select [child name]
Select Profile
Select Status drop-down menu and change to Active
⚠️ Only inactive profiles can be recovered. A child set to Deleted is permanently removed along with all of their documentation, and cannot be restored by you or by Mana. If a child has left your service, choose Inactive so their records stay available.
