Make a room inactive from its Room profile when you no longer need it to be active.
Before you continue: Mana's confirmation states: “All children will be removed from this Room. You can make it active again later, but you'll need to reassign its children. Program plans and history won't be deleted.”
Make a room inactive
1. Select Program from the left menu.
2. Select the room you want to make inactive.

3. Select Profile.
4. Under Info, select Status.

5. Select Inactive, then select Save.

6. Review the confirmation message, then select Make inactive.

To stop without changing the room, select Keep Room active in the confirmation message.
