Select the Program (previously Curricula) Tab in your navigation panel

Select Add Group: a popup will appear like so:

Provide a name for your group/room:

Select which children to add to your room/group, like so:

When you are ready, select Create Group. You will see your group appear in your Program (previously Curricula) tab, like so:

Select the room you want to edit under Key Groups

Select the Profile tile:

To add more children to this room, select Edit next to Children

Here you will be able to add or remove children from the room/group. Select or de-select the children you want to add or remove from the group and click Ok to progress.

Review your children and once you are comfortable press Update.

You will now see your updated children in the room profile, like so:

Select the room you want to edit under Key Groups

Select the Profile tile:

To update the status of the room click on drop-down menu next to Status

Here you will be able to update the Status of the room/group
