Managers can control whether educators can manage their own allocations directly by toggling the Enable Key Group Management setting in team settings.
Manager-Only Assignment
To restrict room/group management to managers:
Go to Profile icon > Settings > Team management > Key groups
Turn on Enable Key Group Management > Manage key groups
Managers can now assign educators to each group
Self-Assign a Room/Group
If Enable Key Group Management is toggled off, educators can self-assign rooms:
From the Curricula tab, click View All to see all groups
Use the ⭐ icons to allocate yourself to a group
