Open Chat, choose the intended child’s Family channel and write your message. Replies are available only when the channel and your membership allow them.

Check the child or group and read the conversation.

Choose the right conversation
Mana automatically adds connected families to the relevant enabled chats. Your child’s family conversation connects you with their educators and can include other connected family members. Replies depend on the channel and your membership.
If you also use Mana as an educator or centre administrator, Chat can show a Family filter. Use Family for conversations connected to your children; All includes the other conversations you belong to. Unread shows conversations with unread messages.

Room/group updates and announcements are read-only for families. Names and availability vary by centre.
