Mana Families brings together updates from your child’s early learning setting and the things your family notices at home. Once you have accepted your invitation, use these areas to read, contribute and stay connected.
On a larger screen, use the side menu. On a phone, the bottom menu includes Home, Goals, Create, Chat and Ask Sue. Open your account from the profile control in the header.
Read updates on Home
Home shows the updates and Memories available to your family. Open an item to read it. Use Filter and sort to focus on a child, updates created by Centre or Family, or Unread updates only. Reset clears your filters.
The word Centre in Mana refers to your child’s early learning setting, whether that is a nursery, preschool, kindergarten or another service.
Follow learning and choose Plans
Goals brings together your child’s individual Journeys and their group’s Programs. These help explain what educators are exploring and why.
Creating Plans, sharing Memories and editing your child’s profile require Full access. If these actions are unavailable, ask your setting to check your family access.
On Home, find the Plans section and select Create a plan to request suggestions. Open a suggestion and choose Add this plan when you want to keep it. Your saved Plans appear under Currently doing or Completed.
Contribute and talk
Create starts a Memory. Choose your child if asked, add your content and select Share when it is ready. Starting a draft does not share it.
Chat connects you with available conversations and announcements. Replying depends on the channel and your setting’s permissions.
Discuss keeps a conversation connected to a particular update. If asked, choose which child it concerns.
Sue or Ask Sue opens Mana’s AI coach for ideas and reflection. Questions about your child’s day belong with their educators.

Account contains your children’s profiles, Document language, Notification preferences and Help & support. For technical support, you can choose to email [email protected].
