Delete a Journey when it was created by mistake or should no longer appear in the child’s active records. Use the Deleted filter to find a deleted Journey, then restore it where the action is available to you.
See Find your way around Journeys for the current Journeys page and child menu.
Before deleting a Journey
Check whether you should Complete the Journey instead. Complete a valid finished planning cycle; delete only when the Journey should be removed from the open or completed list.
Delete a Journey
From the left-hand menu, select Journeys.
Find the child and open their three-dot menu.
Select All journeys.
Find the Journey you want to delete. Use the search field if needed.
Select the three-dot menu at the far right of the Journey.
Select Delete.
Read the Delete journey? confirmation, then select Delete to proceed.
Use the Deleted status filter to find Journeys marked as deleted.
Restore a deleted Journey
From Journeys, find the child, open their three-dot menu and select All journeys.
Select the Journey status filter.
Choose Deleted, then select Apply.
Find the Journey and select its three-dot menu.
Where the action is available to you, select Restore. This menu action restores the Journey directly; it does not open another confirmation.
Tip: Use the status filter to view Open, Completed, Deleted or All Journeys.
