If you can see a team account you no longer belong to — whether you've left the centre, been added by mistake, or have a duplicate showing up — you can remove yourself directly from within that account.
How to leave a team account
Tap your Profile icon and select Switch, then tap the team account you want to leave
Once you're inside that account, tap your Profile icon again and go to Settings
Tap Management → Team Members
Find your name or email address in the list
Use the dropdown next to your name and select Leave Team
Once you leave, that account will no longer appear when you switch between teams.
