To find a recording made during a Grow meeting, open that meeting’s Meet section. Recordings or files added in Prepare stay in Prepare. They belong to that specific meeting; look there rather than in a child’s Journey.
Open the recording
1. Open Grow. On the Mentoring card, select Open.
1 — Open Mentoring.
2. Choose the meeting by its date. If several meetings have the same date, check the mentor too.

3. Select Meet, then select the Audio attachment. If a Transcript is available, you can read it there too.

4. In the recording preview, use Play to listen, Download to save a copy, or Close to return to the meeting.

Can’t find it?
Check the meeting date and look in Prepare if you added the recording before the conversation. If it still isn’t available, contact Help & Support with the meeting date and the exact message shown.
