Check setup tasks across your centres

Find organisation setup tasks and check the centre and permissions before making changes.

Use your organisation’s Insights to see setup tasks across its centres. The list shows which centre each item belongs to. Being able to view a task does not automatically give you permission to change it.

Find the setup tasks

  1. Switch to your organisation and open Insights.

  2. In Centre setup, select the count you want to investigate.

Choose a category and check the centre

Open View to choose children, rooms or pending invitations. Check the Centre shown on each row before opening an item.

Review the available action. If Assign Room says you do not have access, ask a Centre Manager to make the change.
