The educational framework you choose plays a vital role in guiding your practice and ensuring that the documents Mana creates reflect the frameworks outcomes for children. Whether it's a state-specific or national framework, Mana allows you to set the framework that best aligns with each centre. Here’s how to set it up!
This article is only applicable for Organisation Managers. If you are a Centre Manager or equivalent, visit this help article on updating your centre's settings.
Navigate to your Org space within Mana
Log in to Your Mana Account: Start by logging into your organisation’s Mana account. To confirm you are sitting in the right area within Mana, click on your profile icon in the top left hand corner of your screen. You should see "Org" underneath your organisation's name, like so:
If you don't see "Org", select "Switch" and then identify your Org account from the list of available teams.
Select "Info" from your left hand side navigation bar. Once you select "Info" you should see three sections: Capabilities, Features and Billing. This article focuses on your "Capabilities" section.
Set up your organisation's framework/s
Select the "Frameworks" tile.
Slide to Override the Teams: If enabled, you can set the framework for each of your groups. To further tailor the framework for specific groups, click on "Edit" next to the group name and add the necessary framework details, like so:
Choose the Appropriate Framework: Select the country and educational framework that aligns with each teams needs. This could be a state-specific framework, or the national framework that best supports the outcomes for children in your centres. Example below:
Save Changes: Click the “Update” button to apply this framework across all your centres within Mana.
Setting the appropriate framework in Mana ensures that your centres are guided by the relevant state or national educational standards and outcomes for children. With the option to override team settings, you can customise frameworks for specific groups, ensuring they align perfectly with regulatory requirements.
