How to Set the Writing Style for Your Organisation

Making sure your team’s communication is consistent and professional is important. LoveHeart allows you to set a writing style that reflects your organisation’s unique voice. Whether you prefer a formal tone or something more relaxed, you can easily customise it. Let’s walk through how to set it up!

1. Log in to Your LoveHeart Account: Start by logging into your organisation’s LoveHeart account.

2. Navigate to Org Settings: Click on your initial in the top corner and select your organisation’s name from the drop-down menu. Then, look for the "Settings" option.

3. Find the Writing Style: Once in the settings, look for the “Writing Style” section and click on this.

4.Choose Your Preferred Style: Pick a sample of a writing sample that best shows your organisation's preferred style.

5. Slide to Override the Teams: If you want to apply the writing style to specific groups within your organisation, enable the option to override the teams. LoveHeart will intelligently blend a user’s individual writing style with the group’s writing style.

6. Edit: To customise further, click on "Edit" next to the group name and add the specific writing style.

7. Save Changes: Click the “Update” button to apply your chosen style across all documents and communications in LoveHeart from that Team.

By setting a consistent writing style, you’re ensuring that all your organisation’s documents and communications have the tone and professionalism you want. With the ability to override team settings, you can fine-tune communication styles for specific groups. If you ever need to make changes, you can easily revisit these settings.
