What Coach Sue Can Help With

✅ Pedagogy and curriculum
Example: “How can I make our group time more child-led while still meeting learning outcomes?”

✅ Reflection and leadership
Example: “How can I guide my team to reflect more deeply instead of just describing what happened?”

✅ Drafting communication to team and families
Example: “Can you help me write a post to families about our focus on belonging this month?”

✅ Everyday questions and challenges in the ECE space
Example: “What’s the best way to respond when children have trouble with sharing?”

✅ Child-specific insights:
Example: “What could I focus on next for Ava based on her recent learning stories?”

💡Tip: You can also talk to Sue and ask her to respond in another language (e.g., Hindi)

You can start simply with:

“Hi Coach Sue, I’d like some help with [topic].”

Or try something specific, such as:

  • “How can I support an educator who’s finding planning tricky?”

  • “Can you help me reflect on our transitions between routines?”

Coach Sue will ask clarifying questions and offer thoughtful, context-based guidance- not just generic answers.

View Sue’s activity. If View activity appears beside Sue’s response, select it to expand the activity labels and available details for that response. Select it again to collapse the details. Read Sue’s response and review any suggested changes before acting.
