Open Sue to talk through an everyday question or explore an idea for time with your child. On a phone, the navigation label is Ask Sue.
A useful starting point is something specific you have noticed: an interest your child returns to, an activity they enjoyed, or a routine you would like to approach differently. You do not need to write a polished observation.
Start the conversation
Select Sue or Ask Sue.
Choose an available starter prompt, or type your own question.
Add the context that would help Sue understand what you mean.
Ask a follow-up if the response needs to fit your situation more closely.
Use suggestions alongside what you know about your child and how they respond. An idea is something you can explore together; it is not a requirement to achieve a particular outcome.
Know what you are sharing
An ordinary reply from Sue is not a Memory already shared with educators. If you move into creating a Memory, review that separate draft and deliberately use Share when you want to share it.
All About Me is a different purpose for a conversation with Sue. The child-bound conversation is private to the family account that owns it, while information submitted to All About Me becomes part of the child's profile. Keep the private transcript distinct from the profile facts you choose to submit.
Choose the right conversation
For questions about what happened in your child's early learning setting, contact their educators through an available Chat channel or the setting's usual contact method.
For a technical problem with Mana, email [email protected]. Include the action you were trying and any error message; you do not need to send your private conversation.
