While implementing your learning plan/s, capture the experience and how the child is engaging in the experiences. This will be the evidence to help you reflect on the journey and could be a range of things including simple jottings, child voice, photos, daily diaries, letters, learning stories, etc.
With the guided approach, Coach Sue will suggest how to record implementation as it relates to the specific child's journey.
