Open a Room’s Profile to update its name, status, children or Program Template.
Select Program from the left menu.
Select the Room you want to update. If it is not shown under Key Rooms, select View all.
Select Profile.
What can I change from the Room Profile?
Room name
Status
Children
Program Template
Use Program Template to choose and order the columns and optional rows used by new Programs for the Room. Programs already set up won’t change. If the template is read-only for you, ask a manager or owner to make changes.
