In Mana, Key Children is a helpful feature that allows educators to focus on the children they are directly responsible for.
On a Manager account, you can select how key children will be assigned through the "Enable Key Educator Management" setting.
To limit ability to assign children to key educators to Manager accounts:
1. Select Profile Icon > Settings > Team Settings > Toggle "Enable Key Educator Management" ON.
2. Select Key Educators when it appears > Assign educators to children
To allow team members to assign their own key children:
1. Select Profile Icon > Settings > Team Settings > Toggle "Enable Key Educator Management" OFF.
2. Educators can assign key children to themselves via Journeys > View All > Star icon
