A Manager role on Mana will have the ability to set the Coaching threshold to either Fast, Balanced or Deep Thinking which will determine the depth of conversation your educators will have with Coach Sue before being able to generate the document.
To do this, use the following steps:
1. Access your Team Settings and find Coaching
Profile Icon > Settings > Team Settings > Coaching
2. Select the "Coaching Quality Threshold" according to your preference, which will determine the level of coaching required before a document can be generated.
Fast: The document will reach completion quickly, with only a brief coaching session with Sue required before the Generate button unlocks.
Balanced: The document will reach completion after a moderate coaching session with Sue, providing a balance between speed and depth.
Deep Thinking: The document will reach completion after an in-depth coaching session with Sue, ensuring thorough consideration before the Generate button unlocks.
3. Once you set the preference, educators will complete documents in line with the selected level, with a progress bar showing completion toward 100% based on your chosen setting.
