Falling behind means saved Complete stage assessments are slightly behind the progress expected for the time elapsed. Off track means a larger shortfall, even if the due date is still in the future.
How Mana decides a journey is "Falling behind"
Progress: Mana compares the proportion of stages assessed Complete with the proportion of the Journey’s planned time that has passed. Uploading more documents does not by itself mark stages Complete.
On track: assessed progress meets or exceeds the expected progress.
Falling behind: assessed progress is close to, but below, the expected progress.
Off track: assessed progress is further below the expected progress.
This helps teams quickly see where follow-up or adjustments might be needed.
Keep assessments current by auditing stages manually or using automatic auditing when it is enabled for your centre. Review the assessment and save your own assessment if you disagree.
If two screens disagree, check the same child and Journey, the due date and the report’s Last refreshed time. The live Journey list can apply an initial grace period that reporting does not. If the difference persists, send support both screenshots and the child and centre names; auditing is not a guaranteed fix for every mismatch.
