Journey reports use each stage’s saved assessment. Run audits manually or turn on automatic audits to keep assessments current. Review Mana’s result and, if you disagree, save your own assessment.
What the report statuses mean
Reports compare the proportion of stages assessed Complete with how much of the Journey’s time has passed, using its creation and due dates.
On track means progress is meeting that pace. Falling behind means a small shortfall; Off track means a larger shortfall, even before the due date.
For example, halfway through a four-stage Journey, two stages assessed Complete is on track.
Adding evidence alone does not change these labels. Run an audit or save your assessment; reports may take time to reflect the change.
Audit a stage now
Open the Journey and select the small coloured status dot beside a stage heading.
Select Run audit, Audit changes or Re-audit, depending on the button shown.
Wait for the audit to finish, then read Current assessment and its explanation.
The button shown here is Re-audit; the pencil lets you edit the assessment.
Turn on automatic audits
A centre or organisation manager or owner can enable this for the selected centre:
Open your profile menu → Settings → Journeys under Team Features.
Turn on Automatically run audits, then choose Daily or Weekly. Changes save immediately.
Automatic audits check eligible evidence changes made after you switch them on. Audit earlier changes manually.
Switch automatic audits on to reveal the Daily and Weekly options.
Review or override the result
If the assessment does not reflect your professional judgement:
Select the pencil beside Current assessment.
Choose Not started, In progress or Complete, enter a Reason, then select Save.
Your saved assessment is used in reporting. Automatic audits preserve it; choosing Re-audit can replace it after confirmation.
