To make sure you never miss an update from your child’s service, you’ll want to have notifications turned on for Mana. Follow the steps below based on your device.
For iPhone (iOS)
Step 1: Open the Settings app on your phone.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap Apps.
Step 3: Scroll and find Mana
Step 4: Tap Notifications.
Step 5: Switch Allow Notifications to On.
Step 6: Make sure Lock Screen, Notification Centre, and Banners are turned on for the best experience.
For Android
Step 1: Open the Settings app on your phone.
Step 2: Tap Apps (or Apps & Notifications, depending on your device).
Step 3: Find and select Mana.
Step 4: Tap Notifications.
Step 5: Switch notifications On and make sure your preferred categories (e.g., messages, updates) are enabled.
If you still aren’t receiving notifications, try closing and reopening the Mana app or getting in touch with your team in Help & Support.
