In Mana Families, open Account → Notification preferences. In Mana Teachers, open Account → Settings → Notifications.
Mana Families: choose your updates
Choose push alerts for New documents shared and Messages from staff.
Choose emails for Document summaries and Important announcements.
Choose push and email updates separately. The settings shown are examples.
Your choices sync across devices. Allow notifications separately on each device you use.
Choose email frequency
Select Email frequency: Immediate holds emails during 8 pm–7 am quiet hours and sends updates as they happen outside those hours. End of day sends around 6 pm; Weekly sends around 6 pm Friday. Off stops family-update emails, including both email categories above, without changing push or other account emails.
Choose how often family-update emails arrive.
Check your email timezone
Schedules use Email timezone. Automatic uses your profile country, falling back to Australia/Sydney. Choose an explicit timezone if needed; delivery times are approximate.
Mana Teachers: membership emails
Under Membership activity, choose As it happens, End of day, Weekly or Off.
As it happens usually sends within five minutes; Weekly sends a Friday summary. Invites, security alerts, access changes, usage limits and requested exports still send immediately.
Choose when membership activity emails arrive.
