Delete a blank or duplicate Program

Remove an accidental Program from its room and understand the deletion warning.

Written by Himal Randeniya

You can delete an accidental blank or duplicate Program from the room’s Programs list when Delete is available. Before confirming, check for useful content: the warning says related stories, plans, files and coaching sessions are deleted, and plans are permanently unlinked from Journeys.

Delete the unwanted Program

  1. Open Program and select the room.

  2. Find the unwanted Program in the Open list.

  3. Open the three-dot menu on that Program’s row and select Delete.

If Delete is missing

Check the Program’s status and sharing state, and ask your manager to check access if needed. The Delete action shown here is for an open, unshared Program.

Making a room inactive is a separate action. It does not delete an individual Program.
