How to Verify
To verify your account, please follow the steps outlined below.
Click the "Send Authentication Email" button. This will send an authentication email to your nominated email address. Please check your spam mail as it can often end up in there.
Once you have received this email, click the link in the email to verify your account.
Once you have clicked the link, return to Mana and press "Confirm Verification"
Once you have clicked the link in the email, your account should be verified. If you have any further issues, please contact the Mana Empowerment Team.
Common Issues
I am not receiving the verification email
If you are not receiving the verification email, try the following:
Check your junk or spam folder for emails. Our security emails can sometimes end up there.
Double-check the spelling of your email address. Remember that email addresses can be case-sensitive.
I have accidentally used the wrong email
If you accidentally used the wrong email:
Log out by clicking the logout button in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Sign up again using the correct email address.
