The Voice Memo Feature is built into all Mana features which enables you to record your own voice when creating documentation on Mana.
You can record in your native language (we support over 40 languages) and Mana will recognise the text and translate it into english for the learning document.
To start recording follow the below:
Locate and click the recording icon in the text box at the bottom left of the screen.
A pop-up box will appear. Click "Start Recording". You will see a timer counting down, and you have up to 30 minutes to record.
When you're finished recording, click Stop and then Save.
You then can either - Play it back to listen to your recording, Overwrite it if you want to re-record, Delete it if you're not satisfied with the recording.... or if you're happy with the recording, click Done.
After clicking done, the recording will appear as an attachment in the text box.
Once you're ready, click the Submit arrow in the bottom right of the text box to begin creating the document with your voice recording.
From there, watch the magic unfold!
