The All About Me feature is designed to give families an active role in sharing meaningful information about their child’s interests, preferences, and cultural background. This information helps educators gain a holistic understanding of the child and strengthens the partnership between families and educators.
Please note: The Families feature is only available on Team plans.
1. Families Complete the Form:
Families will be guided by Coach Sue, an intelligent assistant, to fill out the ‘All About Me’ form. The form gathers valuable insights, such as:
Special interests or hobbies
Any additional needs or cultural considerations
Family goals for the child’s learning
2. Link to the Child’s Profile:
Once the form is completed, it will automatically link to the child’s profile in Mana, giving educators a clear, in-depth view of the child’s background and personality.
Educators can review the ‘All About Me’ form by clicking on the Child's profile under journeys, clicking on "Profile' and then navigating to the 'All about me' section.
